What to expect and when

Here is a short breakdown of what to expect and when to expect it on your application journey.


Stage 1 (Enquiry)

Enquiry. Submit your enquiry using our ‘Book a Place’ button here.

Once we receive your enquiry we place your details on our electronic system and will be in touch close to your requested start date.

Also remember to give us a follow on our Social Media Platforms Facebook and Instagram.

Stage 2 (Arrange a visit)

Book a visit. You can book a visit to view the setting and meet the staff via our ‘Book a Visit’ button again on our website. Please feel free to come and have a look around all we ask is you avoid peak times like Arrivals/Collection Times and Lunch time.

Stage 3 (Book a session)

Once you are happy and have a start date we will arrange some settling in visits for you and your child. At this stage you will meet your child’s Key person and can discuss any concerns/worries, you will also be required to complete any registration and permissions forms.


Stage 4 (Pay deposit and fees)

You will be required to pay the family deposit and a month’s fees. You can pay these direct through the bank or set up voucher payments/Tax savings schemes. We accept a wide range of voucher payments.

Stage 5 (Registration)

The registration forms will be completed.


Stage 6 (Start)

Start date. Your child begins at the setting. We will still hold your hand and support you at this stage as we know that you will still worry.
