Out Of School Club

Egerton Out of School Club Bolton had simple beginnings in 1995 in a spare classroom at Egerton Community Primary School.  As the school roll increased and places in ‘Club’ became more popular, we then quickly outgrew this space. A volunteer group of parents successfully bid and obtained lottery funding and in 1998 Egerton Out of School Club and Nursery opened its new purpose-built facilities under the same roof as Egerton Community Primary School.

Egerton Out of School Club and Nursery is a Registered Charity; it is managed and run by volunteer Director/Trustees and operates independently and autonomously from Egerton Community Primary School. We are separately and independently visited and assessed by Ofsted. You can read the latest report here.
